Since my early school years, I've been deeply intrigued by communication and self-expression.
Despite often feeling like I didn't quite fit in with my peers, I discovered solace in exploring other avenues of connection. I found myself drawn to volunteering in classrooms for children with disabilities, where I felt a genuine sense of belonging. Understanding and engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds and communication styles became a driving force in my life.
At 15, I landed my first job working as a one-on-one aide for kids with autism, which inspired me to become a speech pathologist. I was grateful to find a career that involved helping people paired with my natural inclination for human connection.
My career in speech pathology has taken me on a journey...
...from working with head and neck cancer patients in California to piloting speech therapy programs at international schools across Spain and Brazil, and to building a successful online business supporting transgender individuals in finding their authentic voice.
During my time working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, I stumbled upon an eye-opening realization. My favorite part of my job has always been about instilling confidence within my clients and guiding individuals toward self-acceptance and mindset shifts.
My approach went beyond teaching voice and speech techniques; it evolved into a deeply personal endeavor to help people align with their authentic selves. This pivotal realization led me to pursue certifications in neurolinguistic programming, breathwork, life coaching, and hypnotherapy.
