I’m Jordan Majdalani


If you're here, it's because you're ready to step into a new way of being—one where you're fully aligned with your vision and values. You're ready to move beyond survival strategies like procrastination, perfectionism, people-pleasing, overworking, shutting down, numbing, or staying small, and into a life that feels authentic, intentional, and embodied. 

But here's the thing: lasting transformation doesn’t happen through mindset shifts alone. While some approaches concentrate only on changing thoughts, real, deep change happens through the body—from the bottom up, not the top down. This is because our bodies carry the imprints of our experiences, shaped not only by personal histories but also by societal norms, systems of oppression, and the social conditions we live within. These layers shape how we move, feel, and respond to the world—and how we’ve learned to survive. 

When we connect with our sensations and tune into the wisdom of our bodies, we can begin to unearth the patterns that keep us stuck. Rather than numbing, dissociating, or minimizing, we learn to listen to these sensations as sources of guidance. Somatic practices—working directly with the body—offer us the capacity to reshape these patterns and create space for intentional, value-driven change. 

Through practices like breathwork, hypnotherapy, and other body-based tools, we can begin to release the survival strategies that no longer serve us. This isn’t just about healing; it’s about embodying a new way of being, one where we have more choice, agency, and alignment in our lives. The body is how we transform. And because the body is always capable of change, you have the capacity to create a shape that feels true to who you are and the life you want to live.  This journey isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about coming home to yourself, fully and unapologetically.
